At Howies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the products are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
